How does the 3-for-2 offer work?

When you add any 3 brooches to your cart, the least expensive one is free — no promo code needed. The discount applies automatically at checkout.

The offer is cumulative:

  • Add 3 brooches → 1 free
  • Add 6 brooches → 2 free
  • Add 9 brooches → 3 free

…and so on.

You can mix & match any brooch designs from our full collection — no need to buy duplicates.

Can I cancel or change my order after placing it?

We start processing orders quickly, so please contact us as soon as possible. If your order hasn’t shipped yet, we’ll do our best to make changes.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major credit and debit cards, PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and Shop Pay. Availability of these options may vary depending on your country.

All payments are processed securely.

Can I use more than one discount or store credit code?

At the moment, only one code can be used per order. If you have multiple, feel free to contact us and we’ll do our best to help.

For larger orders or special occasions that require delivery to a destination not available at checkout, feel free to contact us. We’re happy to explore options with you.

How long will it take to receive my order?

Orders are usually processed within 3 to 5 business days (Monday - Friday). After that, delivery takes approximately 5 to 10 business days, depending on your location and the shipping carrier.

In total, you can typically expect your order to arrive within 8 to 15 business days from the time of purchase.

Orders placed after 12:00 midday (Dublin/Ireland time – GMT in winter, UTC+1 in summer) will be processed the next business day.


Why does shipping take longer than other stores?

Many of our brooches are made in small workshops, often by hand or in limited batches. Our makers specialize in fine techniques like enameling and rhinestone-setting.

This slower approach means your brooch isn’t sitting in a warehouse—it’s crafted with care.
That’s why delivery takes a little longer, but we promise: it’s worth the wait 💛

How much does shipping cost?

Shipping is free on all orders - no minimum spend required.

Will I have to pay customs or import taxes?

In rare cases - such as larger orders or regions with stricter customs - local authorities may apply additional customs duties or import taxes.

These are the customer’s responsibility, though most smaller parcels arrive without issue.

Can I track my order?

Yes! You can track your order anytime on our Track Your Order page.

You’ll also receive a tracking link by email once your order ships.

Please note that tracking updates may take a few days to appear after dispatch.

Do the brooches come gift-wrapped?

Not yet—but our brooches are packed with care and make beautiful gifts as they are. You’re also welcome to send them directly to your recipient.

Are your brooches hypoallergenic?

Our pieces are typically made from fashion-friendly materials like zinc alloy, enamel, and rhinestones. They're generally well-tolerated, but may not be suitable for very sensitive skin. Materials are listed on each product page, so you can decide what’s right for you.

What if I don’t like my brooch?

Returns are accepted within 30 calendar days of purchase, no questions asked. You can choose between a refund or store credit—whichever works best for you.
